Iām a firm, believer and understanding where the bottlenecks or challenges are. People, strengths, and understanding those are great but even the best producer who does their job and top fashion, but is hell back by a bottleneck in the process or in the team can cause no production. Itās not always about addition sometimes itās about subtraction. Remove the barriers for your people.

You've experienced a failure in lead generation. What can you do to stay motivated?
Follow Dalios root cause diagnosis:To diagnose well, ask the following questions: Is the outcome good or bad? Who is responsible for the outcome? If the outcome is bad, is the Responsible Party incapable and/or is the design bad? Proximate causes are typically the actions (or lack of actions) that lead to problems, so they are described with verbs (I missed the train because I didn't check the train schedule). Root causes run much deeper and they are typically described with adjectives (I didn't check the train schedule because I am forgetful). You can only truly solve your problems by removing their root causes, and to do that, you must distinguish the symptoms from the disease.
