Our society seems more focused on division and polarization than ever before, and we need more tolerance, respect, and mutual agreement. My passion for coaching and supporting the people I work with has never faltered, and I’m excited to announce a new chapter in my professional career.
I’ve decided to step away from corporate roles, and I am relaunching my own HR Consulting and Coaching business.

Career Coaching - people want to know how to grow their careers and market themselves in a highly competitive environment. Open jobs attract thousands of applicants, and people don’t always know how to write a good resume, interview with confidence, or negotiate a salary. I can help.
Leadership Coaching - managing teams is tough, and I see good leaders craving the necessary training to navigate complex employee situations and be the best leaders they can be. I can help.
ER Consulting - many organizations don’t know how to design Employee Relations processes that are scalable and that will help build cultures of high performance, respect, and inclusion, while also mitigating risk and reducing administrative burden. I can help.
I have 12+ years of experience in HR across retail, higher ed, tech, AEC, and healthcare in organizations of all sizes, including global environments, start-ups, and non-profits. I’ve worked in talent planning, comp and benefits, recruiting, and of course, employee relations. A one-sized approach doesn't fit all, but I excel at meeting my clients where they’re at, and helping them through whatever challenges they face with candor, care, and competence.
