Principle Services only employs construction inspectors with deep experience in the industry. To continue developing and growing our inspectors' expertise, we also provide continuous training through our training program, Principle Services University. Through this training, our inspectors remain up to date on the latest processes and have a space to collaboratively work and learn from one another. This level of training and experience provides assurance to our utility clients that there are expert eyes on all aspects of the execution of their projects. Our inspectors proactively participate with construction crews to ensure the highest quality work along with safe construction processes. Having Principle Services onsite acting as an Owner's Representative keeps our clients informed and assured that there is expert supervision during all aspects of project execution, including safety and schedule. Shout out to Overland Contracting Inc. for their excellent work on this job site. The site is clean, well organized, and signage is being prioritized - all of which keep everyone as safe as possible. They made sure to put up new tape immediately after a wind storm and are thorough about maintaining barricades and labeling areas with any potential hazards. The team at Principle Services also let our client know that the construction crew has been taking great care of all equipment including using spotters when unloading transformers and keeping the CTs wrapped during install.
