What do you do if your influencer marketing campaign needs better organization and structure?
Take a look at your goals that you have for the program (measurable)& work backward from there. If the goal is brand awareness, how many pieces of content do you watn from each creator? if it's sales, how many conversions to you need to see XYZ$. It's a lot easier to streamline organization when you have an end goal, especially if you plan to leverage software (like GRIN) to do so.

You're planning an Influencer Marketing campaign. How can you measure its success?
Once you activate your creators, don't forget about them! I'd recommend reaching out to them & seeing how they like the product, making sure they got it, etc. Remember you are building a relationship with the creators, they are an extension of your marketing team. This relationship should not feel transactional. engage with your creators content & don't be afraid to follow up with creators to haven't provided any deliverables (if agreed upon). lots of other great comments about measuring & reporting, I felt this was important as well!

Go back to the goals of the campaign, is it brand awareness, sales, etc? I would focus on QUALITY over quantity when it comes to choosing creators for your campaign. At the end of the day you want creators that actually love your product & believe in your brand... this is the base for authentic content!

Don't be afraid to A/B test. Take a look at brands that you think are doing influencer marketing well. What stands out to you? There is not one way to do influencer marketing, not all brands are doing it the same. Be a student of the game- You don't have to reinvent the wheel.
