Thank you for the kind shoutout here, Justin Otley. I'll always refer back to what Gene Plotkin taught me during my time at Mimeo when I got promoted from a MidMarket to an Enterprise SDR. When it comes to aligning the SDR and the AE, both parties only get out of it, what they choose to put into it. That will always stick for as long as I'm in this field.
