    Description of Initiatives for Project over Time Period:
     Strategic Solutions - The team partnered to create and implement a financial improvement plan to increase revenues and produce cost savings through needs analysis, tailored solutions, and measurable execution. Examples include generating rolling 13-week cash flow forecast to summarize liquidity and guide strategy planning; develop operational and redevelopment strategies to increase NOM; and create long-term financial forecasts inclusive of improvement plans to restructure debt covenants.

     Operational Effectiveness - The team employed operational effectiveness strategies to significantly increase NOM. We created monthly reports to align organizational goals with financial results.

     Catalyst for Change - Team members astutely assessed situations that required change in order to be successful and profitable. We implemented various policies, procedures and controls quickly to strengthen risk management and raise level of organizational awareness. Board education was provided for liquidity analysis, cash flows, and debt covenants to evaluate alternative business strategies and drive final execution of business plan.

     Stewardship - Policies, procedures and monitoring tools were implemeneted to assure asset preservation, collateral safeguard, and compliance with creditors, lenders, and financial reporting and MSRB disclosure requirements. Certain team members prepared documentation and drafts for motions, due diligence, bond offering memorandums, asset purchase agreements, credit arrangements and other legal instruments.
