It was great connecting with C-suite leaders in the HR, Marketing and Finance Industries at Quartz Network Connect Summit. So many amazing meetings (both formal and informal) and it was great to hear quite a few comments like “Wow! Are there any other companies doing what Exos is doing?” We're excited to keep the conversations going, particularly in light #WorldMentalHealthDay. Results from a recent study conducted by Hofstra University, showed that participants who engaged with Exos programming experienced a 1.5x decrease in daily stress and anxiety and 3.6x increase in engagement in daily work. Something to think about.
