Just a bit of fun retail data visualization. Showing the abundance of dollar stores in the US. I start will all dollar stores and then filter for: Daiso USA, Big Lots, Dollar Tree Stores, Just-a-Buck, and Dollar General Store.

I got to spend a bit of time yesterday testing out some of the map visualization options in the new CARTO pydeck-carto integration. Looking forward to putting these to use in YuzuData projects.

(!!!!) 🤓 I've been advising YuzuData since their inception, and I love to see the way the team iterates based on feedback from the market. I also nerd out about the new ways they are finding to serve CRE with AI. 😭 This new product is a direct reflection of the common pain points they uncovered from a variety of roles that rely on extracting data from commercial leases. 😡 We've all been there, that ugh feeling! We're getting ready to announce a new YuzuData AI product for CRE: I haven't talked publicly about this one yet even though it's been a BIG focus area for us the past few months and has been the subject of countless conversations with CRE professionals.
