I'd like to officially announce a new YuzuData AI product:  Yuzu LeaseAI for CRE A critical part of working with locations in commercial real estate is dealing with real estate documents like commercial leases. The data locked up in those photocopied lease PDFs is critcal to a company's location strategy. Thus, we've been building a new tool that use AI to parse, understand, and work with leases. So far we've had success (without errors) on leases as long as 127 pages of dense legal text. It can do things like: → Surface important dates, facts, and even specific clauses. → Answer questions about a lease. → Ingest a lease and create a lease abstract from it. → It can even be trained/fine-tuned using past documents to create lease abstracts and other CRE documents in your company's specific style.
