Our caregiver employee resource group within Maritz has several initiatives in place this month to recognize #NationalFamilyCaregiversMonth including providing resources and tips to our team. We just wrapped the Academy of International Business (AIB) 2024 Southeast Chapter Annual Conference and wow, was it a blast! First, students from the X-Culture Business Challenge visited our campus for a day of fun and learning 📚and then David Peckinpaugh provided the keynote address at Saint Louis University along with Amy Kramer and Eric Perino. They shared the latest on Maritz and how we are approaching AI, sustainability, cybersecurity and more. Huge thanks to everyone who attended and made these events a smashing success! 🙌

From September 15 - October 15, we honor and celebrate the rich histories, cultures and contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans. This month, our Race & Ethnicity employee resource group has been sharing incredible stories and traditions from team members throughout Maritz. This month is a time to recognize the vibrant traditions and impactful achievements that have helped shape our communities. Happy #HispanicHeritageMonth!

Last week, our team joined representatives from the Green Business Challenge along with St. Louis CITY SC, Missouri Botanical Garden, Alvarez & Marsal, Explore St. Louis on our campus to discuss our journeys in #ESG and how we can continue to design more sustainable events. ♻️🌎 Our team members, Rachael Riggs and Bridget Breheny Switzer, shared how we have elevated our sustainability vision at Maritz and our guests offered great insights from their unique perspectives.
