Whenever I meet my friends, they will say, "Amye! I heard a lot of sustainable world. But this is the first time I heard about sustainable mind. What is it all about?" For me, in order to create a more sustainable world, sustainable mind is needed. Sustainable mind (at least from my own definition) is all about being mindful and aware on how to live life alive. In order to create a sustainable world, tools such as ESG is used. Sustainable world is more often linked to business context. How about when out of business context? How about people sustainability? I read some articles related to people sustainability. And it all goes back to the purpose in it still within business context. It's about how to retain people, work-life balance and so on. Let's rethink sustainability differently, out of business context, and focusing on sustainable mind in the context of getting people living alive. I learned a lot during this webinar, and I know there is so much more to learn and practice, individually & collectively.
