It's always fun to share my 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, and today I had the opportunity to speak with automotive dealers about the importance of ad rank and quality score. When it comes to digital marketing, particularly paid search, many businesses wonder why they can spend the same budget with different agencies yet see vastly different results. The answer, in part, lies in ad rank and quality score. Ad rank isn’t just about how much you’re willing to pay per click—it’s a combination of your bid and the relevance of your ad copy and landing page. Imagine two advertisers: One spends $10 per click and shows up third, while another spends just $4 per click and takes the top spot. Why? Google rewards advertisers with higher quality scores by showing their ads in better positions, even if they bid less than their competitors. If you’re wondering why your ads aren’t generating results, ask yourself: Is my ad relevant to what people are searching for? That’s where your quality score comes into play—and how some agencies can drive significantly more calls and leads for the same investment. The more relevant your ad and landing page are to the search query, the higher your quality score, leading to better results.

When Carrie Giaimo, Ken Chrisman, and Darcy Curran gave us the opportunity to help build a brand that communicated the competitive advantage created by the combination of Warren Manufacturing and Highline Distribution, we were honored to brand what will be the most omnipresent automotive brand in the aftermarket: new logo, new mission, new vision, refreshed trade show booth, new merch, new hype videos, new sales materials, new Powerpoint templates, reskinned website , new brand standards, integrated foundational social, and trade show recaps were just some of the projects we sprinted through in 4 months. No ambition too big, no deliverable too small. The collaborative spirit and executional excellence between Highline Warren and the Tattoo Projects team is a real-world-solution to all the click-bait-cliché-LinkedIn-think-pieces stoking fake division between in-house and agency teams. The future of branding isn't "either / or". It will always be "and", and that's what will separate great brands from the sea of sameness.
