We developed and ran a session to help the entire Programme Maker team develop a creative vision and set ot values for the forthcoming 18 month programme-making period to inform the way people would combine their talents to deliver the programme strategy.

A project to support a large scale leadership values programme for 2000 leaders. We developed a range of interactive exercises, immersive anecdotes and parables, performed live by actors using verbatim theatre as the basis for the workshop facilitation for groups of 50-60 at a time.
