    Maria was awarded because:
    Although Maria is new to LV and our Data team, she has already started to make improvements and changes to how we do things.
    She has a great innovative attitude and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo. She has come into the company and brought with her loads of new ideas.

    She has launched into ta new project of her own to re-design our customer personas. She took the initiative to meet with everyone across the business that currently uses the customer personas to identify how they use the personas from day to day.

    She has taken her findings away and is currently re-designing the personas to better suit the business needs. She is also looking at the best way to automate the process, making the personas quicker and simpler to produce and so improving efficiency.
