How to create a dream team?

Getting the award of Team of the Quarter at Vodafone Business made me immensely proud and today, at  #spiritday, I reflected about what have we done to get to here. 

The award was not just an a reflection of the performance but the way we work. And of course it’s a work in progress as we want to achieve more. 

It was not an accident how we got here neither how we became who we are, but a series of values aligned with The Spirit of Vodafone and ways of working that we embrace, let's see if by sharing them we can create more dream teams.

In my opinion, there are 5 areas that we focused on that took us there:

1. Hiring by values
2. Take the time to know each other
3. Be clear on the direction and priorities
4. Bring creativity & innovation 
5. Deliver what’s important for the business
