We acquired the 3.3-acre site and subsequently submitted a planning application for two buildings that will total 61,256 sq ft (5,690 sq m). 🌿 We will target BREEAM Excellent and EPC A and include 10 metre eaves, secure self-contained yards, fully fitted offices and a generous power supply. 🛣️ Breckland Road is an established business park location in north Milton Keynes with access to junction 14, M1 motorway and is close to many local amenities. 🌟 The project is forecast to create circa 107 #construction roles and once the buildings have been completed, house up to 157 #employment jobs.
