Our learning platform recognized at the #DigitalHRAwards ! 🎓🏆 Hosted by a panel of HR professionals, the Digital HR Awards event celebrates the best digital initiatives across major companies. Among the 60 projects submitted, “Skill UP, Rexel Learning Hub” shone as one of the three finalists in the Ambition category, which highlights achievements that have a transformative impact on organizations. When we launched “Skill UP, Rexel Learning Hub” earlier this year, the goal was to fully engage our employees in Rexel’s transformation approach, by promoting learning for all, especially in the key areas of digital, electrification and decarbonization. By promoting 30 hours of training per year for all employees with easy access to learning paths and unlimited modules, we provide them with a flexible, intuitive way to improve their knowledge and skills on these topics, fostering a new culture of continuous improvement. “Skill UP, Rexel Learning Hub” is now an integral part of our learning culture, as evidenced during our internal Global Learning Week, where 5,800 employees completed modules!

We proudly demonstrated our strong commitment to ethics across all our businesses on Rexel’s #ComplianceDay 🤝 Throughout the week, our employees engaged in daily quizzes to test their knowledge and our compliance training program achieved an impressive 90% completion rate on our Skill Up learning platform. Local events fostered collaboration and awareness, with standout activities like an escape game today at our Paris head office, where teams worked together to tackle challenges and highlight the importance of ethical behavior. This annual initiative empowers our employees to manage complex situations while reinforcing compliance as a core value. At Rexel, we believe that ethical and responsible actions with employees, customers and partners are essential to our success. How do we harness sustainable AI? ✨🌍 This morning at the Elysée Palace, Rexel had the opportunity to highlight its commitment on the topic during the #NoAIWithoutWomen conference, organized by the European Network for Women in Leadership (WIL Europe). A great opportunity for our Group Chief Digital and Marketing Officer, Guillaume Dubrule, to discuss Rexel's initiatives in applying AI to sustainability including product recommendations based on carbon footprint reduction, energy monitoring solutions or assessments of our own emissions reduction. The conference was part of the official “Road to the AI Action Summit” programme.

📱 Rexel is launching a faster and more powerful mobile app in Australia, following launches in France, Austria, UK, the Netherlands and Sweden! This “pocket toolbox” enables installers to consult and order the products they need three times faster than before, thanks to new features, like image-based product recommendations and smart reordering. Reporting to our Group Chief Procurement Officer, Antoine Audureau, Anne-Brisce will oversee key brands in the Rexel portfolio, each specializing in specific product categories and solutions. These include: - BizLine, which offers a comprehensive range of tools, safety equipment, electrical installation and maintenance products for electrical professionals - GIGAMEDIA, an expert in solutions and services for building reliable, long-lasting datacom infrastructures in connected buildings - Zebra, a company that has earned a reputation for design, technical expertise and reliability since its creation in Sweden 10 years ago, offering high-quality lighting solutions to professional installers Anne-Brisce brings 12 years of experience at Rexel to her new role. Previously, she headed product management for e-commerce, as well as the teams responsible for innovative data solutions, including a supplier portal, carbon tracker and AI tools.
