  • Strong business leaders can often see with a birds eye view which is why they are effective at steering the ship. It is often the case in businesses that we get bogged down in the trenches and become blinded to the bigger challenges facing the organisation. In order to break from that it is beneficial to take a 'big picture' view of things. In order to do that it is necessary to step away and reflect. Studies have shown time and again that nature and the great outdoors are the best places to go to make those reflections - To achieve a fresh perspective you may need a fresh perspective. This is why walking outside, no earphones, no phones, no one else but you is such a time-slaying way to get into your creative mind and come up with new ideas or problem solve. It's a game changer. So, make use of the season and spend as much time outside and encourage your team to do the same. #bigpicturethinking#thegreatoutdoors#leadership#businesshealth#mentalfitness

  • Sports Teams, how are you going to develop players ready for next season? Different results often require a different approach. If you need to mix it up this off-season then this is what we can do: Put the team in training situations they haven't experienced before Highlight who the natural leaders within the team are Help build robust players; physically, mentally, emotionally Identify areas for improvement; physically, mentally, emotionally Push physical boundaries that drills on the pitch cannot Enhance communication Teach discipline and self control Provide difficult tasks to to overcome which builds the strongest of glues to bind a close knit team Have fun Above is what we do for sports teams.

  • Our instructors at The Camp are proudly training CCFC U18's/21's this summer. Our aim with team is to develop the most difficult attributes to install into players; Discipline, Leadership, Mental Toughness and Respect. As the world goes one way, we keep it old school, as the above attributes will never not be vital to team performance. If your team have lost the edge or never had it and want to develop it, come and see the boys at the The Camp and we'll get you on your way. Best Chris [email protected]
