Last week ABIM members came together for the final All Members meeting of the year at the beautiful Stafford Hotel in London. Members also enjoyed a festive lunch in the wine cellars below the hotel, as pictured below. We were pleased to see so many of our members in person, with many travelling far and wide to join us. Present was representation from Zeelandia UK Ltd, British Bakels, CSM Ingredients, Lesaffre UK & Ireland, INGRAM BROTHERS LTD and Dawn Foods Europe & AMEAP. It was also brilliant to be able to welcome and celebrate Courtenay Jones at the lunch, ABIM's Young Baker award winner and recipient of the summer short course at the Richemont School.
