Resurs launch new strategic partnership with Företagarna in Sweden Resurs is accelerating the development of next generation corporate offerings, and as a part of this we are entering into a strategic partnership with Företagarna, Sweden's largest organization for small and medium-sized companies. The core of the long-term collaboration will consist of exclusively developed offers within corporate financing and services for the 60 000 members of Företagarna. There is a mutual belief that Resurs can contribute with strong products for the Företagarna members. – We at Resurs are very glad to join forces with Företagarna in this strategic project. Today, many small and medium-sized companies have significant amounts which they keep at low or no interest at normal transaction accounts. We want to make it possible for these companies to receive a good return on their deposits and therefore we believe that the corporate deposit product offering that we are launching together with Företagarna will benefit their members. Åhléns Mastercard launched in collaboration with Resurs! Earlier this year, it was announced that Åhléns AB had signed an agreement with Resurs. On October 30, the core of the Resurs-Åhléns collaboration was launched: Åhléns Mastercard, which strengthens the relationship and the offer to Åhléns customers. One new major feature is that members now will receive bonus points for purchases worldwide. Also, the card is one of the first fully virtual bonus program cards in the Nordics. Åhléns is one of Sweden's most popular brands with 50 department stores across Sweden, e-commerce via åhlens.se and over 2.5 million members in its customer club. How do your organization work with cyber security awareness month? For the second year we have arranged internal cyber security weeks here at Resurs and what a success it has been! To summarize these last two weeks, we have had a lot of informative sessions with both internal and external presenters, and we have all reflected about cyber security and how we can continue our work in this important area. Say hello to Victoria, our Stockholm-based Senior Commercial Manager 🤩   Victoria grew up in Sigtuna, just north of Stockholm. With a great passion for sports from a young age it was clear that she had a natural talent for both alpine skiing and handball. Growing up, her dream was to continue pursuing this as an adult, but instead, she went to London for 3.5 years of studies and earned a bachelor's degree in finance.   Back in Sweden, Victoria tried a role as a Team Lead for a few years. Despite having a good manager and a valuable work environment, she didn’t feel it was quite the right fit for her. Instead, she ventured on to a new role as a Business Development Manager where she manage major clients in the e-commerce world in a major company. Here Victoria discovered her strengths and realized what she was truly capable of.   During the pandemic, work methods changed for many including Victoria, and during periods of working from home and quarantine, Victoria delved into various TED Talks. It was during this time of self-reflection that she gained insights about herself, her work preferences and the work environment she would thrive in. So, based on these new insights of what was valuable for her, Victoria started at Resurs as a Senior Commercial Manager. Since then she is based in our Stockholm office where she as constant contact with both existing and potential partners.   – At Resurs, the atmosphere is great, and there are great opportunities for continued growth and development. Working in a Nordic company with a nice office in Stockholm is just a bonus that means I and several other Stockholm-based colleagues have a great workplace to go to each week. #resursbank #lifatresurs
