Trista Sutter, Denise Richards and Stephen Baldwin Among Stars to Face Their Fears on Special Forces Season 3

"I've been in situations where I freeze," Richards admits in the new 'Special Forces: World's Toughest Test' teaser while Sutter adds, "The devil on my shoulder is going, 'You can't do this'"

Trista Sutter, Denise Richards and Stephen Baldwin are among the new recruits of celebrities who will push themselves to their limit.

On Friday, Nov. 15, Fox announced that the inaugural Bachelorette, 52, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 53, and the actor, 58, will be joining season 3 of Special Forces: World's Toughest Test.

The trio will be accompanied by Olympic swimming gold medalist Nathan Adrian, pro-surfer Alana Blanchard, pro soccer player Landon Donovan, motocross champion Carey Hart, TV personality and DJ Brody Jenner and Olympic track and field athlete Marion Jones.

Former Bachelorette Ali Manno [Fedotowsky], NFL pro-bowler Cam Newton, influencer Kayla Nicole, The Proud Family alum Kyla Pratt, Even Stevens star and actress Christy Carlson Romano, Super Bowl champion Golden Tate, and Olympic gymnastics gold medalist Jordyn Wieber round out the season 3 cast.

In season 3, the celebrity recruits will train in Wales, the home of British Special Forces Selection, and will "endure the harsh reality of ocean warfare," according to a press release from the network.

Some of the challenges they'll face include "a high pressure hostage rescue, a treacherous ladder crossing between steep cliffs nearly 100 ft above the sea, a boat dunk drill where they will be submerged into the frigid ocean," and "a surf immersion where they will have to control their panic in an exercise that takes them to the brink of drowning."

The network promises "there are no votes, and no eliminations – just survival" and the famous recruits, "who are so used to being in the spotlight, will quickly learn the meaning of 'no guts, no glory' – and no glam."

In a teaser released ahead of another challenging season, the celebrities find themselves in precarious drills, including jumping onto a helicopter from a moving boat.

"I've been in situations where I freeze," Richards admits, while Sutter adds, "The devil on my shoulder is going, 'You can't do this.'"

"I'm just trying to believe in the angel that's telling me, 'You can do it,'" the ABC star continues.

Hart, who is the husband of singer Pink, adds, "I hope that this course will allow me to be the old Cary."

Newton knows the challenging circumstances will lead to growth, as he tells cameras, "There's a famous quote that says, 'In order to get something that you've never had, you've got to do something that you've never done.'"

Adrian echoes that sentiment, noting that it's "going to feel uncomfortable," but the cast is reminded in a voiceover that it's ultimately "about taking that leap of faith."
