On Thursday, May 23, the 14-time Grammy winner released live versions of three The Tortured Poets Department (TTPD) songs she performed as surprise tracks in Paris during her sold-out Eras Tour shows there earlier this month. Swift, 34, is selling three (Live From Paris) Acoustic Collection bundles, each including one of three surprise songs: “loml” from the May 9 show, “My Boy Only Breaks His Favorite Toys” from the May 10 show and “The Alchemy” (mashed up with “Treacherous”) from the May 12 show. At those Paris shows, Swift coined “Female Rage: The Musical” to describe the part of the setlist with seven songs from her new TTPD album. These three songs were tacked on during the surprise songs segment, where each night she performs two songs (or mashups of songs) just for that night’s crowd acoustically either on piano or guitar. “The Alchemy” notably includes football puns, a nod to her relationship with NFL boyfriend Travis Kelce: “So when I touch down, call the amateurs and cut ’em from the team.” Kelce, 34, got to hear the live version of “The Alchemy” when he attended the fourth and final Paris show on May 12, at which Swift also played “So High School,” another song speculated to be about him.
