Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton prepped for the Super Bowl with some singing.

On Sunday, the No Doubt rocker, 54, and the country star, 47, debuted their new duet "Purple Irises" live during a Super Bowl LVIII TikTok Tailgate event in Las Vegas.

Shelton joined Stefani with his guitar as the musical couple sang for the large live crowd at the tailgate event. Shelton wore a simple black monochromatic look, while Stefani embraced a Wild West look. She wore a black and white look that included light pink satin open chaps — and her signature platinum blonde hair in a high ponytail.

After her husband joined her for their debut performance, the Grammy winner performed a few of her classic hits, including "I'm Just a Girl" and "Hollaback Girl" — with help from the crowd.

Just two days prior, the pair released the lovelorn track, which appears to reflect on their relationship.

The song goes: "But if someone comes along and tries to / Love you like I do / Don't know what I'd do / Don't want to lose you," she sings, later adding: "No, I never knew a love like this. Now we're picking / Purple irises."

This isn't the first time Stefani and Shelton teamed up for a song. In the past, their country collaborations "Nobody But You" and "Happy Anywhere" have both gone No. 1, and the holiday hit "You Make It Feel Like Christmas" was released 2017.

"He's changed my life ... when I [started dating] Blake, that's when I felt home, like, 'Oh, this is where I'm supposed to be, with this guy," Stefani told PEOPLE last year of her relationship with Shelton.

She is set to reunite with her band No Doubt at Coachella,

“It just happened so fast, and that's my favorite kind of thing to happen. We haven't really figured out the next steps of how we're going to do this, but we're just all so excited," Stefani told PEOPLE last month. "And I think really just watching the internet blow up [with] how excited that the fans are? It's inspiring us."
