Billionaire Elon Musk and actress Talulah Riley are divorcing for the second time.

The Inception actress filed to divorce the tech mogul on Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, the Associated Press reports. Musk had previously filed for divorce on New Year’s Eve in 2014 before withdrawing the request seven months later.

Musk and Riley first tied the knot in 2010 before divorcing in 2012. They remarried in July 2013.

According to a statement obtained by AP, the pair have been living apart for the past six months and will remain friends. As with their previous split, the former couple say they remain on good terms and agreed Riley would file the petition to end their second marriage after roughly 2½ years.

Musk earned a fortune co-founding Paypal and went on to head the electric car company Tesla Motors. He is also known for his private aerospace company SpaceX.

Riley has appeared in Pride & Prejudice and Inception. She also wrote and directed her first feature, Scottish Mussel, in 2014.

In 2012, as the couple were going through their first divorce, Musk tweeted at the British actress in January that year, writing: “It was an amazing four years. I will love you forever. You will make someone very happy one day.”

At the time, the couple said they were splitting amicably and that Musk agreed to give Riley $16 million in cash and other assets as part of a financial settlement, according to a joint statement. A divorce filing said property would be split based on a prenuptial agreement.

Ultimately the divorce was called off and they remarried in July 2013.

Musk and Riley do not have any children together, although he has five sons from a previous marriage.
