Mariah Carey recently visited the White House to spread some holiday cheer!

The self-proclaimed Queen of Christmas, 54, took her 12-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan, on a trip to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave for a joyful affair.

“Last week I had the pleasure of meeting President Biden & Vice President Harris at the White House to ring in the holiday season!” the “Always Be My Baby” hitmaker began in an Instagram post on Wednesday.

“While there, we got to see all the festive decor and spread some cheer! 🎄❄️☃️,” she continued.

Her social media carousel started with a photo of herself and her kids standing beside President Joe Biden in the Oval Office. Other images showed Carey and her two children gazing at the 18 1/2-foot tree's decorations.

"Some of the kids said that they had never seen a tree so big,” the first lady previously said after receiving the centerpiece just after Thanksgiving.

On Sunday, the Grammy winner also marked another momentous occasion — filming her closing night Christmas concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

The sold-out “Merry Christmas One and All!” tour began on Nov. 15.

On Dec. 9, Carey treated adoring fans with a surprise appearance from Ariana Grande and Jennifer Hudson. The trio sang their 2020 song "Oh Santa" during the concert.

"I ended up going to New York because Miss Mariah Carey, she always comes up with big, great ideas, and she came up with the idea that her Christmas angels, which is Ariana Grande and myself, be a surprise for her Madison Square Garden performance," the Respect actress, 42, said during an episode of The Jennifer Hudson Show last week. "What a lovely surprise that was, because nobody knew we were coming."

She and the Wicked actress, 30, “flew out” because the “We Belong Together” singer wanted them to do the song live.

"Nobody had no idea we were popping up, and she was like, 'My Christmas angels. Where's JHud? Where's Ari?'"

Carey’s first holiday album, Merry Christmas, was released in 1994. Since then, she has been known for going all-out for December.

Earlier this month, the icon spoke exclusively to PEOPLE about her 14-city Christmas tour.

“I’ve been working day and night on this one,” she said. “I worked with some incredible people on this, like Miss Debbie Allen.” The Fame icon, 73, was the creative director and choreographer on the tour. “I’ll be doing songs I’ve never done before, some duets," she teased. “I’ve got to keep some surprises.”

She also discussed some of the music she planned to play.

“That song was inspired by songs from the ’50s,” she said of “Christmas Time Is in the Air Again,” a single she wrote while pregnant with her twins.

“Some songs like that will give me a melancholy feeling. But I still just soak that up because I love it so much. At the holidays, I love listening to the songs I grew up hearing.”
