The Great American Baking Show: Celebrity Holiday Trailer Sees 1 Star Vowing to 'Never Bake Again' (Exclusive)

Anthony Anderson, Rob Riggle, Vanessa Bayer, Loni Love and Susie Essman will bake their way to the top in the special, airing Nov. 21

Five of Hollywood's brightest stars have gathered to whisk you a Merry Christmas in another edition of The Great American Baking Show: Celebrity Holiday.

A new installment of the hit Roku special is set to air on Nov. 21, PEOPLE can exclusively reveal, with Anthony Anderson, Rob Riggle, Vanessa Bayer, Loni Love and Susie Essman joining the roster of famous faces who have put their baking skills to the test.

Like those who have come before them, the quintet will descend upon the show's iconic white tent in the English countryside to compete in a series of festive baking assignments to win the coveted Star Baker crown.

Celebrity chef Paul Hollywood and restaurateur Prue Leith — both judges on Netflix's The Great British Baking Show (known in the U.K. as The Great British Bake Off) and Roku's The Great American Baking Show — will be back once again to critique their tasty treats in three rounds: a signature bake, blind technical challenge and a showstopper surprise.

Casey Wilson and Zach Cherry are returning as co-hosts, too.

In the special's trailer, which PEOPLE can also premiere, the laughs and the holiday cheer appear to be flowing as the Hollywood household names enter the tent. "This is iconic" exclaims Love, as Anderson gasps, "It looks just like it looks on TV!"

"The great thing about American celebrities is they're there to enjoy themselves," Leith shares.

Some, it seems, are in it to win. "I have been practicing," Bayer insists. "At the end of the day, I'm not here to bake friends."

"Make sure I get all the shells out. I don't want to give my boo boo Paul any shells!" says Love.

But not every star is prepared for the culinary competition. "I have no idea what I'm doing," Essman admits, the Curb Your Enthusiasm star later joking, "I'm not winning this one, I'm telling you right now."

Laments Anderson as he attempts to build a gingerbread-like structure: "The house broke! Oh God, this sucks!"

"I think it's really coming together nicely — and by that I mean, not at all," Riggle teases, after previously telling the camera, "By the way, I don't work in Celsius so I'm totally guessing here."

"I'll never bake again. That's was it. I'm broken," he says by end.

As for the results, there seems to be a little bit of everything. While judging a bake from Riggle, Hollywood says he's "stunned," boasting, "That's delicious!"

He's... less enthusiastic when Essman goes to describe one of her bakes. "I'm making gluten-free carrot roll with cream cheese filling," she says — Hollywood grunting "Ugh, dear..." and leaving before she's even finished. "Paul! Already? He's walking away!"

"That one is like a stocking stuffer: you didn't ask for it but you got it anyway," Cherry jokes.
