In his video, MGK’s arms can be seen dripping with blood and at one point, his elbow becomes swollen. “This is the most painful s--- I’ve ever experienced in my life,” he remarks. MGK’s fiancé, Megan Fox, shared her thoughts on the shocking tattoo transformation during an appearance on Alex Cooper's Call Her Daddy podcast in March. The actress, 37, said she thought the tattoo was “really elegant” and noted that MGK has a “special story” that is only his to tell. "But the relationship with the tattoos that he had was very conflicted emotionally, whatever they represented — and I don't actually know — but he didn't like to revisit those memories of some of the tattoos that he had and he wanted to get rid of them," Fox told Cooper. "It's like an elevated version of all those tattoos that were pieced together," Fox continued. "I think it's really elegant and it's kind of ahead of its time. I think in 10 years it'll be a trend." The actress also revealed that MGK didn’t go under anesthesia for the tattoo and said she couldn’t imagine how he “endured that level of pain.” Close
