Ellen DeGeneres is saying goodbye to yet another abode in the Santa Barbara, California area.

The former talk show host, who has purchased and sold multiple homes in Montecito in the past, has officially put her 11,530-square-foot home on the market for $46.5 million after purchasing it this past June.

Spanning across eight acres of land, the entire property consists of six unique quarters, including the main house, two guest houses, a pool house, art studio and staff office. It was built in 1919 and offers stunning views of both the Pacific ocean and surrounding mountains.

Additional luxuries located on the sprawling property include a wine cellar, pool, tennis court, private gardens and chardonnay vineyard.

Robert Riskin of Riskin Partners Estate Group currently holds the listing.

"What makes Ellen so unique is that she focuses on restoring historic and special properties rather than just tearing down and building new,” Riskin tells PEOPLE of DeGeneres’ restoration project she’s been working on over the past four months. “She has an eye for one-of-a-kind properties and this is no exception!”

Upon entering the lavish grounds, residents are led through a private gate down a driveway lined with olive trees for a quarter mile. Most rooms in the main house open out to the center courtyard, allowing for effortless indoor/outdoor living.

The eat-in kitchen features black stone counters and dark cabinetry while offering unobstructed views of the property’s hidden gem — an ancient oak tree.

For formal meals, the octagonal dining room is the perfect setting.
