The real estate agent and Bravo star bought Charlie Puth’s Beverly Hills home in an off-market deal that closed Wednesday, Oct. 16, PEOPLE has exclusively learned. Located in Beverly Hills’ Trousdale Estates neighborhood, the property was originally listed in November 2023 for nearly $17 million, according to TMZ. The price was then reduced to $14 million in April, before coming down to $11 million. The final price Flagg paid was not disclosed. The "Left and Right" singer was far from the first celebrity to call the sleek property home. Built in 1965, the four-bedroom home was designed by architect Rex Lotery and known as “the de Cordova House” since it was once owned by Tonight Show producer Freddie de Cordova and his wife Janet. The home was frequented by the Beverly Hills elite as well as members of Ronald Reagan’s friends and advisers, known as his "kitchen cabinet." Sansone, a public relations coordinator, told Vogue that the couple knew the family property would "offer the perfect backdrop" for their elegant wedding. "I have had my eye on this home since I was a little boy. It has not been on the market in close to 60 years," Flagg told PEOPLE of that house at the time. In an interview with Bravo’s Daily Dish in July, Josh admitted that buying the home was "probably not the most intelligent thing,” but added, “I love that house." "I'm probably gonna buy another house — a done house," he continued. "I'll probably keep the house on Bedford and then I'll build that. And then when I'm done with that, I'll either move into one or I'll sell it — sell it for space."
