The actress, 34, is selling the home that she shared with Heath Ledger prior to their split in 2007, according to the real estate blog 6sqft. The corner townhouse – four stories, six bedrooms, five baths, a three-car garage, 12-ft. ceilings, a temperature-controlled wine cellar and a landscaped roof deck with a waterfall – is located in the Boerum Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn and was listed last week for $7.5 million. Williams and Ledger purchased the home for $3.6 million in 2005, the blog says, and lived there together with daughter Matilda, now 8. (Ledger died in his Manhattan residence in 2008.)
