Blake Shelton Shares Sweet Birthday Message to Gwen Stefani: ‘My Favorite All Time Person’

Blake Shelton is making sure wife Gwen Stefani feels loved on her big day!

As the pop star celebrated her 54th birthday on Tuesday, the country music star, 47, shared a sweet message to his wife on Instagram

The singer-songwriter — who wed the “Slow Clap” artist in 2021 — posted a romantic black-and-white photo of the couple as they were smiling and looking into each other’s eyes. In the caption, he shared enthusiastic, warm wishes.

“Happy Birthday to my favorite all time person ever born in any time period in the history of mankind!!!!! I love you @gwenstefani!!!!!!!!!!” Shelton wrote. 

Stefani also reposted the photo on her Instagram Story with an adorable response. “i luv u @blakeshelton ❤️🥰 🤍🌹,” she added. 

A handful of famous friends even chimed in on the comments of Shelton’s post. “cuuuute,” replied Camila Cabello, while Nikki Garcia added, “Happy Birthday Gwen!!”

The Voice coach also shared a thoughtful thank you note to her fans on Instagram. “ahh thank u so much for all the bday wishes !!!” the hitmaker wrote in the caption of a carousel of photos featuring a smiling selfie and shot of herself in a pink blazer with the text “Team Gwen” over it. 

In the post, she also directed fans to her new Official Team Queen Fan Page. The star added, “4 my bday this year, i wanted to celebrate with u 🩷 head over to @gwenstefanihq for more :) gx.”

Stefani recently opened up to PEOPLE about her relationship with Shelton, whom she met on The Voice in 2014.

"I didn't see any of this coming with Blake. This was just a big old 'What?'” she said, referring to their low-key life living near Tishomingo, Oklahoma together. “It was an amazing gift to experience love like that for the first time.”

"He's changed my life ... when I [started dating] Blake, that's when I felt home, like, 'Oh, this is where I'm supposed to be, with this guy," she shared.

The Grammy winner also spoke about what it’s like parenting with the country star, who is a step-dad to her three sons with ex-husband Gavin RossdaleKingston, 17, Zuma, 15, and Apollo, 9. 

"What makes me feel the most joy is the successes as a parent, and also as a parent — meaning with Blake — because we're doing this together," she said. "It's these little milestones where you look back and you go, 'Wow, look at where we're at now.' It's the greatest thing ever."

In August, the music power couple also teamed up for their fifth song together: a heartfelt cover of The Judds’ country classic “Love Is Alive.”
