On Thursday, AMC confirms The Hollywood Reporter’s story that the pop superstar, 42, will hold two premieres for her upcoming concert film Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé in Los Angeles and London. The Grammy winner will be stepping out in support of the theatrical version of her acclaimed 2023 Renaissance World Tour at the U.S. premiere in L.A. on Nov. 25 and the world premiere in London on Nov. 30. The two events will be held several days before the film arrives worldwide on Dec. 1. Queen Bey herself announced the worldwide release date by sharing a new official poster for the project on Instagram. Tickets for international screenings in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, South America and the Caribbean will go on sale on Nov. 9 at BeyonceFilm.com. The “America Has a Problem” artist announced Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé shortly after the final stop of her tour in Kansas City, Missouri in early October. After the show, the hitmaker debuted the trailer for the concert film and announced it was heading to theaters on Dec. 1. The teaser for the cinema experience previews both behind-the-scenes and on-stage performance footage of the pop icon. It also reveals rare backstage clips of the star with her three children — Blue Ivy, 11, and twins Sir and Rumi, 6 — whom she shares with husband JAY-Z. "When I am performing, I am nothing but free," she says in the clip. "It is about Beyoncé’s intention, hard work, involvement in every aspect of the production, her creative mind and purpose to create her legacy, and master her craft," the synopsis continues. "Received with extraordinary acclaim, Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour created a sanctuary for freedom, and shared joy, for more than 2.7 million fans.” The film about the “Cuff It” singer’s highest-grossing tour to date will screen with multiple shows on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Beyoncé kicked off her Renaissance World Tour with its European leg in Stockholm, Sweden earlier this year in May, marking her first solo concert outing in seven years. The tour featured an extensive set list featuring songs off 2022's Renaissance, such as "Alien Superstar," "Break My Soul” and "Pure/Honey,” as well as hits from her decades-long career, including "Crazy in Love," "Partition" and "Love on Top."
