The HGTV star and her husband Josh Hall announced in May that they are filming a new house flipping show set to air next year opposite Hall’s first husband and Flip or Flop co-star, Tarek El Moussa, and Tarek's new wife, Selling Sunset alum Heather Rae El Moussa. After announcing their split in December 2016, Tarek and Christina — who share daughter Taylor, 13, and son Brayden, 8 — continued to film Flip or Flop together for years as amicable exes. Many fans wondered how the show would change, but the pair kept things playful, leaning into their professional rivalry, showing how they were co-parenting, and even mentioning that they were dating other people on the show. "It's part of who we are and what we do, and for us to just throw everything away, it just wasn't worth it." Just eight months later, Tarek and Christina confirmed Flip or Flop was ending after being on air for ten years with the last episode airing in December 2022. The pair have since moved on to independent projects. Tarek launched two new shows on HGTV — Flipping 101 with Tarek El Moussa and The Flipping El Moussas with Heather.
