🎓Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming some students from H-Farm School to Oerlikon HRSflow for an engaging exploration of Digital Transformation! 🔍As part of their assignment to analyze a company of their choice, the students began with research and information gathering. They then took part in an insightful discussion with our IT Director, exploring key topics such as AI and Cloud technology. Their visit also included a tour of our Headquarters, where they gained firsthand insights into how these technologies are integrated into our processes and how IT drives innovation through advanced digital tools. Il percorso, della durata di 4 mesi, combina lezioni in aula su disegno tecnico, programmazione CNC e lavorazioni meccaniche con laboratori pratici nei reparti di assemblaggio, qualità e tornitura. Grazie al supporto di tutor aziendali esperti, i partecipanti stanno acquisendo conoscenze teoriche e pratiche che potranno applicare direttamente su progetti reali al termine della formazione. Recently, our technical department organized an engaging hands-on training session centered on our MULTIflow HRS line: the multi-cavity solution designed for low shot weights. The session kicked off with a market and product overview, followed by an in-depth look at design rules. Designers then headed to our production department for a practical experience.
