The team’s back from Berlin! 🇩🇪 We had an amazing evening co-hosting a sold-out RevOps After Hours event in Berlin with our friends from ChartMogul! Sara Archer (VP of Sales at ChartMogul) and our CEO, Lucas Bédout, shared actionable insights on building a winning RevOps team and optimizing the quote-to-cash process. Happy Birthday, Hyperline 🎁 2 years ago, it was just me and a (pretty great) idea. As a *proper* CEO, I should be writing about all our amazing achievements over the past two years… but instead, I want to share some of the fun stuff that made this adventure special so far. 👉 In the office, if you complain too much, you have to wear "le chapeau du chouineur" as a sign that you're in a bad mood and as a reminder that complaining goes nowhere 👉 That same office has a "Friends" like atmosphere where people from Hyperline, their friends and dogs (👋 Rio) come and go as they please, with the door always opened (sorry neighbors). So much so that the company's WhatsApp group is named "La Coloc" 👉 For my 30th birthday, the team got me a "fake" Forbes 30 under 30 cover page (seems I didn't deserve a real one), it's now displayed in the office like the president's portrait in your mayor's office 👉 We're playing a team game every Friday at 5pm with everyone to close the week and unwind (GeoGuessr, Gartic Phone) 👉 We have 6 desks for 8 people full-time in the office + the remote team, which often ends up with 6 people working sitting in weird positions (floor, sofa, in the building stairs or in the kitchen) - time to move probably :) Can't wait to see what the next few years will bring to this team Victoria, Thomas, Samuel, Yohan, .Laurent, Clément, Nicolas, 🍍 Anaël, Nicolas, Nathan

Raising funds? Here’s a short video to know where your metrics need to be. The days of the 2021 fundraising frenzy, where companies "didn't even need metrics to raise" are long gone. This was a key takeaway from our recent webinar with Bobby Pinero, CEO of Equals and former Head of Finance at Intercom and Stan Massueras, former GM EMEA of Lattice and former VP Sales at Intercom. Every business is different, but we’ve pulled together a framework to help you gauge where your metrics *should* be to lock in your next round. Bobby broke it down like this: 1️⃣ Series A - $1M ARR The classic line: “Series A means $1M ARR.” At this stage, you’ve laid the groundwork, and things are starting to look repeatable. You’re raising to scale, but let's be honest, there’s still some guesswork. Your key job? Prove it’s going to scale. Key metrics: Conversion rate, pipeline metrics—anything that instills confidence you’ll 3x or 5x the business within a year. 2️⃣ Series B - $5M ARR Series B is where you show off your ability to scale. You’ve deployed the initial capital, it’s working, and now you need more fuel for the fire. 3️⃣ Series C - $20M ARR Series C is basically Series B on steroids—same playbook, but now you’ve got way more conviction (and you should too). Bottom line: Your metrics need to tell a compelling story, one that investors can’t resist buying into.
