Diversity Week 🙌 From December 2nd to 7th, we organized Diversity Week, an internal event designed to celebrate inclusion and highlight the importance of diversity across all our offices, in France, Malta and Portugal. With a dynamic lineup of activities and inspiring speakers, this week was a powerful reminder of our commitment to creating an inclusive workplace for everyone. From cookie-making workshops with Café Joyeux to wheelchair fencing and basketball initiations, we explored the themes of disability inclusion, learning firsthand from incredible athletes as DAMIEN TOKATLIAN • PLY, a four-time Paralympic medalist. We also reflected on identity and inclusion in the workplace, thanks to a compelling talk by Ouissem Belgacem and discussed the future of gender equity in the tech industry with Amélie Benoit, Laurent Simon and Benoit Merel. Movember Challenge: accepted and achieved! 🎉 This Movember, a dedicated group of Betclic employees in each of our countries came together to raise awareness for men’s health by growing mustaches! A barber even came to the office in Bordeaux to trim participants' mustaches!🥸 We’re proud of all our team members who stepped up to this challenge, contributing to an important cause that supports men's health and cancer prevention. Together, we've not only shown solidarity but also demonstrated the strength of our team spirit! 🙌 Congrats everyone and let’s continue to support health-focused causes together. 💪 #WeAreBetclic #Movember 

Betclic Remontada Padel 2 🏸 Last Friday, we took part in the second edition of the Remontada Padel Tournament at 4PADEL in Bordeaux!  Congratulations to our winners, Alexis Anghert and Baptiste Boisard, who have qualified for the final step taking place in June at the foot of the Eiffel Tower🏆 A big thank you to all participants for your enthusiasm and determination on the court! Safer Gaming Week 🎯 Today marks the conclusion of Safer Gaming Week at Betclic, a week dedicated to reflecting on and raising awareness about responsible gaming for all our teams. Through conferences, workshops and discussions, participants had the chance to explore best practices for ensuring a safer gaming experience. We were honored to host Dr. Jonathan Parke, who shared insights on the psychology of gambling addiction risk and cutting-edge research tools. Additionally, we welcomed Morgane Austruy from ANJ (Autorité Nationale des Jeux) and Emmanuel BENOIT from ARPEJ - SOS JOUEURS : Association de Recherche et de Prévention des Excès du Jeu for an exclusive Q&A session.
