In a landmark step toward sustainability, Misr Cement Group is proud to announce the signing of a historic agreement with SolarizEgypt to establish a 40 MW photovoltaic solar energy project under the Independent Power Producer (IPP) model. The project will deliver around 48 Million KW/h annually of solar energy to each of the group’s plants in Minya and Qena, representing a major advancement in the group’s commitment towards building a sustainable future. This remarkable partnership was made possible through the visionary leadership of Mr. Hassan Gabry, Managing Director and CEO of Misr Cement Group, whose dedication to innovation and sustainability has been a cornerstone of the group’s progress. MCG - Misr Cement Group is Hiring:   Group Senior Internal Auditor   Role Purpose:   - Conduct internal audit activities to ensure compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and regulations.   - Ensure the effectiveness, efficiency and reliability of operations, financial reporting, and control systems.   Key Responsibilities:   - Conduct risk assessments and develop comprehensive audit programs.   - Analyzing financial data, preparing audit reports, identifying financial risks, and recommending process improvements.   - Conduct and document the entire audit cycle, ensuring financial accuracy and adherence to internal policies.   - Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.   - Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management and obtain their comments.   - perform regular follow-up on the status of outstanding issues with different departments.   Requirements:   - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.   - 5 years of experience in internal audit at manufacturing firms.   - Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards.   - Experience in assessing risk, planning and execute internal audits and draft reports.   - Ability to handle priorities and meet deadlines.   - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.   - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.   - Proficient in MS Office applications.   - Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MS Dynamics AX).   - Ability to traveling and conducting sites review.   - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.   - Good command of English.
