Establish benchmarks and ensure adherence to industry standards and customer requirements. - Team Leadership: Lead and manage the quality control team, providing guidance, training, and support. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure that the team is equipped with the necessary resources and knowledge. - Testing & Analysis: Oversee the testing and analysis of raw materials, clinkers, and finished cement products. Ensure accurate and timely testing is conducted to detect deviations from specified quality standards. - Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the production process to enhance product quality and efficiency. Work closely with the production team to implement changes that reduce variability. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and environmental guidelines. Maintain documentation related to quality control activities and prepare reports for audits. - Customer Focus: Address customer complaints related to product quality and work on resolving issues promptly. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and enhance customer satisfaction. - Continuous Monitoring: Monitor key quality control metrics and trends and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions. Ensure that quality control equipment is calibrated and maintained. - Supplier Quality Assurance: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet required quality standards. Conduct supplier audits and provide feedback to improve the quality of incoming materials. #Job_Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field. - Experience: 6 to 10 years in quality control in the cement industry, with a strong foundation in cement chemistry and production. Leadership experience is preferred. - Quality Control Expertise: Extensive knowledge of quality control principles and testing methodologies in cement production. - Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and data interpretation skills. - Leadership: Proven experience in managing and developing teams, with the ability to motivate members for high performance. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills for effective interaction with teams, suppliers, and customers. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in quality control software, laboratory equipment, and statistical analysis tools. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for cost monitoring to ensure adherence to the allocated budget. #Job_description - Prepare job orders for the inspection team, specifying necessary spare parts for maintenance tasks. - Develop and manage weekly stoppage plans for plant equipment to minimize downtime. - Prepare and oversee the annual overhaul plan for equipment and systems. - Monitor and control the monthly budget for the preparation section, ensuring alignment with financial allocations. - Track costs and oversee the budget during overhaul periods to ensure financial efficiency. - Collaborate with the procurement team to follow up on purchasing requests and ensure timely delivery of spare parts and materials. - Evaluate technical offers received from the procurement team to ensure compliance with specifications. - Oversee quality control of received spare parts, ensuring they meet technical requirements. - Ensure necessary spare parts are available for maintenance and overhaul operations. - Lead and manage the preparation team, delegating tasks and ensuring proper execution of maintenance plans. - Supervise the progress of maintenance tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines. - Analyze equipment performance, identifying opportunities for process improvements to minimize unplanned downtime and optimize operations. #Job_requirements - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience (preferably in the cement industry). - Strong leadership and management skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Knowledge of safety policies and regulations. - Creativity and innovative thinking skills. - Proficiency in English (Very Good command). Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and skill development. - Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for all utility equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities. - Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues with utility systems.
