On behalf of one of its clients, MEAG has acquired around 5,900 hectares of sustainably managed forests in #Finland for a low double-digit euro million amount. ➡️: https://lnkd.in/dj5E642D This is the second forestry transaction in Finland for MEAG. The total #forest holdings acquired by MEAG in Finland amount to 39,000 hectares. This is slightly more than the area of the island of Usedom. A consortium consisting of MEAG, acting for the investors of Munich Re Group, and GIC, has acquired DACH-based data centers from Vantage Data Centers, a leading global provider of hyperscale data centers ➡️ https://lnkd.in/djrV2uMk ⬅️ This acquisition includes four data centers, two in Frankfurt and two in Zurich, with a gross floor area of more than 71K square meters and IT capacity of 72MW. Während der internationale #Aktienfonds MEAG Nachhaltigkeit das starke Ergebnis des Vorjahres von zwei Sternen bestätigen konnte, verbesserte sich der defensive, europäische #Mischfonds MEAG FairReturn beim FNG-Siegel von einem auf zwei Sterne. Markus Reinwald, ESG und Sustainable Finance, nahm stellvertretend für die MEAG bei der FNG-Siegel Vergabe teil. MEAG übertrifft Erfolg aus dem vergangenen Jahr! Der defensive, europäische #Mischfonds MEAG FairReturn hat sich beim FNG-Siegel von einem auf zwei Sterne verbessert. Der internationale #Aktienfonds MEAG Nachhaltigkeit konnte das starke Ergebnis des Vorjahres von zwei Sternen bestätigen. Die beiden MEAG Fonds punkteten neben der Einhaltung der nachhaltigkeitsbezogenen Mindeststandards auch mit der Erfüllung von erweiterten Kriterien im Stufenmodell und gelten demnach als Fonds mit höherwertigen #Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien. Dabei wurden die Kriterien institutionelle Glaubwürdigkeit, die Einhaltung von Produktstandards sowie der Portfolio-Fokus hinsichtlich Auswahlverfahren und Dialog untersucht. #MEAG #assetmanagement
