Bristol Myers Squibb hat dies direkt geteilt
I had the pleasure of taking part in the 2024 #HispanicLeadershipSummit at the United Nation in NYC through The Hispanic Star and the We Are All Human Foundation Claudia Romo Edelman. This multi-day Leadership Forum provided a platform to both celebrate the achievements of the Hispanic and Latino communities and to convene on the work still needed to elevate our voices. Among those in attendance were several of my Bristol Myers Squibb colleagues, including Lorena Kuri, global lead of the Organization for Latino Achievement (OLA) People & Business Resource Group and other OLA members. To be in the presence of fellow Hispanic and Latino leaders and allies with a centralized focus on unity, representation and goal setting has left me feeling grateful and energized for the new year. During the summit, I was honored to be on a panel to discuss the importance of authentic allyship and fostering partnerships with those who can use their influence to advocate on behalf of the Hispanic and Latino communities. This work is personal and enduring for me. I am deeply committed to advocating for those in need and driving progress through impactful actions for all underrepresented groups. I am so thankful for community spaces like the #HispanicLeadershipSummit. The work we do today is what will help ensure an even brighter, shiner and more unified future. Thank you for having us. #HLS2024 #TogetherWeShine #HispanicProgress #Allyship #WeAreAllHuman #BMS_Employee #BuildingtheFutureTogether
