We're so proud to share the success of our recent Collective Perth event, which supported the incredible work of Orana House. This not-for-profit organisation provides crisis accommodation and holistic support services to women and children escaping family and domestic violence. Orana recently shared the impact the donation has made, “Bringing women together to build networks is more than just professional advancement. We come together to share our experiences, our struggles, our hopes and our wins. The recent Collective Perth event went even further, raising $2000 which has gone directly to our wraparound service centre, SWitCH: Supporting Women in the Community Holistically.” A heartfelt thank you to Orana House for your invaluable partnership, and to everyone who attended and contributed to the event. Your incredible support makes a profound difference in our community. #SupportingWomen #OranaHouse #CommunityCare #Empowerment #CollectivePerth

🌟 Yesterday's Adelaide Collective event, powered by IntoWork Australia, was nothing short of inspiring! Facilitated by the brilliant Kara Prichard, the atmosphere was charged with support and solidarity among women. 🙌 Our panelists, Kelly Jamieson, Anna Dimond, Merrily Hunter and Chanel Martin, spoke candidly about their experiences of breaking through glass ceilings and overcoming challenges to create successful businesses in South Australia. Thank you for sharing your stories, which are a testament to resilience and determination, offering invaluable insights and inspiration. IntoJobs Business Navigator Rachel Kammerman, shared an important takeaway, "Our panelists spoke from the heart about their journeys...My takeaway of the day was that connecting & surrounding yourself with positive support systems are essential to a successful business." #Collective #womeninbusiness #adelaide #womensupportingwomen #inspiring #femaleempowerment

Our recent Melbourne event supported the wonderful Banksia Academy, a non-for-profit that helps vulnerable women and non-binary individuals, including survivors of domestic violence. They provide support and employment opportunities to empower these individuals. While Banksia Academy Founder Melanie Greblo couldn't be with us in person, they generously took the time to share insights about their impactful work, including their efforts through Scriibed to help individuals rewrite their stories. Our events are more than just a chance to connect and network— they're a platform to support and contribute to meaningful change. Thank you to Banksia Academy for being a part of our event and to everyone who attended and supported this cause. #BanksiaAcademy #Empowerment #MelbourneEvent #CommunitySupport #Collective

✨ As we wrap up another successful Collective Launceston event, we want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to everyone who made this event not just possible, but truly memorable. ✨ Special Thanks to the CEO of Launceston Chamber of Commerce and our Guest Speaker Aline Bain. Your stories and expertise lit up the room and made the event truly special. 🎙Alina discussed how her maternal grandmothers shaped her character, how feeling like an outsider enhanced her empathy, and how she discovered her superpower in influencing others through a blend of analytical skills from her legal background and her natural ability to connect with people. And of course, a big shout out to our incredible Charity Partner Magnolia House LWS. Their crucial work provides essential support to women and children who are escaping family violence and/or facing homelessness in Northern Tasmania.
