An insight into the world of design 🎨 Head of Design at Girl&Bear, Jordan Blood, spoke with LBBonline - Little Black Book about his early obsession with drawing, creative heroes and emerging technologies. 🛣️ In the article, Jordan recalls the journey that led him to a career in adland, and what he’s loved about it along the way. He describes adland as a “fast-paced, slightly intoxicating world” where he can pool all of his “skills together”. 🌐 Jordan feels ”incredibly lucky to be a designer. We’re jacks of all trades”. He favours projects with “small, tight-knit teams where the chemistry is right”. This is just one of the benefits of “working for a large advertising agency is the vast network we have access to”. 💫 Jordan also left key pieces of advice to aspiring designers, “What has kept me interested (and ultimately employed) is having a curiosity for culture and technology.
