Amazing Adventures at the VBP Conference in Cebu, Philippines! Our Client Service Manager, Olga, and General Manager, Kate just wrapped up an incredible trip to the Vital Business Partners (VBP) Conference in Cebu. And what an experience it was! VBP, an awesome Aussie company based in Cebu, provides highly trained, skilled and quality client service team members - this was RINLH's first visit to see where our team members live and work. Kate and Olga got a behind-the-scenes look at VBP’s operations, connected with over 100 delegates from Australia and most importantly, spent some quality time with our awesome VBP team - Denise, Cayra, and Hazel. 🎉 And the highlight of the week? A thrilling team trip to Oslob where they got to swim with whale sharks! 🐋🌊 Talk about an unforgettable adventure! It was a week packed with learning, bonding, and a whole lot of fun. The Reserve Bank of Australia has announced its latest rate decision, maintaining the cash rate at 4.35%. This decision comes after a series of 13 rate increases since May 2022, with the last change occurring in November 2023. The RBA's stance appears to be a wait-and-see approach amidst recent economic data.

The Federal Budget was handed down last night. The proposals (and they are only proposals until legislated) provide cost of living relief through 1 July tax cuts, lower power bills, higher welfare payments and support for small businesses.
