🌳💕All we want for Christmas... is you... to fall in love with Australia's mistletoe! Often mistaken for the European festive variety or thought of as invasive, Australia’s mistletoe has actually been a part of our landscape for millions of years. Boasting over 90 species – more than anywhere else on Earth – this native plant is an ecological powerhouse. It provides food and shelter for many native animals, including the Critically Endangered Regent Honeyeater, while its fallen leaves enrich the soil. We’re planting more mistletoe in places like the NSW Hunter Valley to help these vital ecosystems thrive. Want to learn more or start planting on your land?
