SMART INVOICING NOTICE   The Value Added Tax (Amendment) Act No. 27 of 2023 and the Value Added Tax (Electronic Invoicing System) Regulations, SI No. 58 of 2023 makes it mandatory for Companies to issue electronic invoices.
