    TGN-EA planned maintenance rerouted important customer to protected capacity in
    June Month
    Olympic links delivered in expedite mode one 300mbps DGE link and one STM4c IP
    link.
    SMW-4 planned event helped SA team for restoration of customer circuits in July
    month.
    NLD switching Hits/impacts-: During Telecom Malaysia Testing, found issue for longer
    switching delay. Engaged Engineering , Vendor and after long testing Ciena accepted
    the card issue along with solution issue.
    Telecom Malaysia circuit acceptance -: 4 * 10 G circuits acceptance were pending due
    to Degraded NLD condition along with customer carrier delay concern (not more than
    100 ms). After long coordination with different stakeholders TM accepted one circuit
    after 30 days long regressive testing on IP layer.
    Uninor ILD interconnect Win brought Customer Delight and appreciation..
    TIC Restoration during TIC Maintenance in April Month. Important high revenue
    customers were restored.
