Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a high-skilled professional who will be part of our ITSM & ServiceNow
team and will support our clients with designing and developing customized solutions while
applying code level changes in ServiceNow environment to develop tailored views. The
applicant will be responsible for providing software configuration and customization
including, but not limited to workflow creation, report setup, data imports, integrations,
custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.

Candidate’s profile

 Strong technical skills and comprehension of IT concepts & solutions - understanding


of emerging Service Delivery context, technologies, and methodologies
 Demonstrated experience as a developer, systems integrator, systems engineer, or
solutions architect - experience in technical consulting roles and client facing
 Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into well-architected
solutions that best leverage the ServiceNow platform
 Passionate about satisfying customers with a state-of-the-art cloud solution, building
services, and unlocking the potential of new technology
 Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, SSO, and other such technologies and standards

Requirements

 Significant experience working with customers to gather business requirements and


develop a technical solution design to meet the requirements
 ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL v3 Foundations or ITIL v4 equivalent)
 Deep knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow
development as well as experience in deploying solutions consistent with ServiceNow
best practices
 Applied experience with integration components (SSO, LDAP, JDVC Probe, REST/SOAP
Web Services)
 End to End solution consulting in Service Catalog, Orchestration and automation
using Integration Hub
 Background of ServiceNow APIs and in Service Integration design, transformation,
and transition projects
 Hands-on experience in developing and implementing custom UI Changes with usage
of Web Technologies such as HTML and CSS changes
 Five to seven years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform,
in a client consulting environment
 Minimum five years of hands-on experience with ITIL Process implementation:
Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB, etc. and
ability to explain and recommend platform capabilities to maximize value of
delivered service
 ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
 Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, including CI Class Manager and Health module
configuration.
 Excellent written and oral communications skills in English.
Nice to have

 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field


 ServiceNow Application Developer Certification
 ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
 Experience with HRSD, GRC/IRM, ITAM and ITOM is a plus

What will you do?

 Act as ServiceNow domain expert - ensure all development is created in alignment


with ServiceNow Technical Best Practices
 Lead workshops to gather business technical user stories and work with project team
to provide estimated level of effort
 Analyze business requirements, provide conceptual and detail designs to meet
business needs, manage configurations in ServiceNow, and test and support the
rollout of solutions
 Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective
collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
 Participate in daily standups to report status, delays, and risks to Management
 Take ownership of complex business requirements and work them to completion
 Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data
migrations for ServiceNow features, applications, and projects
 Engage in code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the
highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used
 Assist team members with support issues - coordinate and solve high level topics
