    The organizational structure of the Sharia Branch Office in Makassar has the following hierarchy: 1. Branch Manager (Hasrul) oversees all units and is at the top of the structure. 2. There are several heads of units that report directly to the Branch Manager, including the CSMU Head, Operation Unit Head, Accounting Control Unit Head, and Collection Unit Head. 3. Each unit is then divided into further sub-units and positions with staff members. 4. There are also three sub-branch offices that report to the main Makassar branch: KCPS Panakukang, KCPS ParePare, and KCPS Palu.
