PERFORMANCE COATINGS PRODUCT DATA SHEET

Carboset® SA-820 Acrylic Emulsion

High solids, Low VOC, Styrene-acrylic, with the ability to coat "green" concrete & "hot" stucco

Carboset® SA-820 is a water based styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion supplied at 49% total solids (wt). High performance
coatings can be formulated using Carboset SA-820 for a variety of construction materials including concrete block, brick, stucco
and EIFS and fiber-cement surfaces. Carboset SA-820 is very stable and resists deterioration and efflorescence when applied
directly to highly alkaline substrates such as “green” concrete and “hot” stucco. Carboset SA-820 can also be blended with
Carboset SA-860 to achieve the desired film elongation and tensile strength properties.
