Cut along the dotted line. Fold in half along the solid line in the middle Tape, staple OR glue along the sides of the pot. Leave the top open to put the flowers inside. If using double sided tape or glue, place tape or glue along the outer edges of the flowerpot on the INSIDE If using one sided tope or staples, attach along outer edges on the OUTSIDE of the flowerpot. Distribute to students to write, cut and then attach to straw. (This is the fastest option and also easiest for younger students with slower cutting skills. ) Option 2: Print desired tulip messages on plain white paper. Have students write their messages and color/decorate each tulip Then cut and attach to straws. (This is easier for students with slower cutting skills, but provides students a chance for personal creativity and drawing skills.) Option 3: Print large outer tulip templates.
